Ms. Gloom, a gift (or perhaps a demand) for my BESTEST FRIEND because she's in love with the dotted-eyed & enlarged-headed little cartoon cutie. ~ chaotic-delirium has been sad because she can't find any Ruby Gloom products in stores anymore...

This was doodled in a longer time than it should have been with two markers. Please don't mock me much for the poor coloring job on the hair, but I can't stop you if you must.
